How to Claim Prize
Have you received alert that you have won India Lotteries? If yes here is the process to claim your prize.
TICKET DRAW PRIZE
If you purchased a lottery ticket and receives winning alert, kindly contact your lottery agent whom sold the ticket to you for direction for the claim or visit our retails office with your ticket for confirmation.
BONUS DRAW PRIZE
SECTION 1
1) PERSONAL INFORMATION:
You are to provide your personal information as required in the notification mail for proper verification, the information will be saved in our data for future references.

2) Attach valid ID proof that contains your photograph:
You are to attach your Valide ID Proof for identification which will also be recorded in our data for references which will be presented to Government Law Enforcement agencies when necessary needed for clarification.

4) BANK INFORMATION:
You are to submit your bank accounts details for transferring of your prize amount hence the India Lotto do not authorized cash or cheque paymkent of winning prize amounts as per India Lottery Policy, therefore you are to ensure the bank account you are submitting are correct and active.
5) CANCELLED CHEQUE COPY :
You are to attach a copy of cancelled cheque of your bank account to confirm the bank account details you submitted are correct, this is optional but will be favorable to avoid bank account incorrect digits which may result in transferring your winning prize to another person
REGITRATION FOR TRANSFER :
To enable the preeminent bank in which your prize amount is directed to for transfer into your bank complete the transfer process, your prize amount transfer must be registered before the transfer can be processed.
Registration fee amount is Rs. 12,999/-inr which will be paid to a bank account in which will be provided to you by the bank through your supervisory Officer, immediately the registration fee is paid and confirmed, the bank will complete the transfer of the winning prize within 3-4 working hours.
Winners are to be informed that deduction or withdrawing of the registration fee from the winning prize amount will not be accepted because the prize amount has been insured and approved for transfer in total sum.
NOTE: India Lotteries assigns International representative to supervise the lottery claims and payment, the purpose of assigning International representative is to maintain clean and transparent payments of lottery prize according to India Lottery Policies and to avoid the negative report from previous winners whom stated they did not receive their winning prize. ( which we investigated and discovered that some member of award team diverted the prize amount into their family's bank account and presented their family members as the winners )
